Janaína Pimenta Attie Head of the division in the Financial System Regulation Department Central Bank of Brazil (BCB)

Janaína Pimenta Attie is the head of the division in the Financial System Regulation Department of the Central Bank of Brazil (BCB). She has worked for over 10 years at the Central Bank of Brazil with topics related to policy development, studies and regulation of financial market infrastructure, payment arrangements, Pix and Open Banking. She was actively involved in the preparation of the Brazilian legal and normative basis related to these themes and, more recently, she has been working on the coordination team for the implementation of Open Banking in Brazil.

 

Janaína Pimenta Attie é chefe de divisão no Departamento de Regulação do Sistema Financeiro do Banco Central do Brasil (BCB). Trabalha há mais de 10 anos no Banco Central do Brasil com temas relacionados à elaboração de políticas, estudos e regulação de infraestruturas do mercado financeiro, arranjos de pagamento, Pix e Open Banking. Atuou ativamente da elaboração da base legal e normativa brasileira relacionada a esses temas e, mais recentemente, atua na equipe de coordenação da implementação do Open Banking no Brasil.
