Raffaele is leading the commercialisation of Variable Recurring Payments (VRP) at NatWest Group.

 A senior leader with over 10 years of international experience in the finance sector, Raffaele holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Law and Finance, as well as a Master of Science in Public Management, from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy.

Prior to NatWest Group, Raffaele spent four years at Simon-Kucher & Partners in Milan, defining pricing and commercialisation strategies for Italian retail and investment banks.
